2. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period for which your personal information will be stored by the Trustee is five years from your registration, or until your personal data processing consent (for this purpose) has been revoked.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be those providing marketing services to the Trustee.
5.2. The Trustee does not intend to pass your personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or an international organization.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Trustee access to your personal data, the right to modify or delete your personal data, or to limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the transferability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the Trustee at any time. However, this is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated or the regulation is violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.4. You are not required to provide personal information. Providing your personal information is not a legal or contractual requirement and is not a requirement that is required to conclude a contract.
